Five-Year Limited Warranty

Our Commitment

RTA Cabinet Store stands behind the quality of our cabinetry. We offer a Five-Year Limited Warranty on all cabinets sold by RTA Cabinet Store.

What’s Covered

We warrant to the original purchaser that our cabinets will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for five (5) years from the date of purchase.

If a covered defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the defective component, or

Replace it with the same or a comparable product

Replacement or repair of defective parts is the sole remedy under this warranty.

Coverage Details

Cabinet Structure: 5 years

Doors & Drawer Fronts: 5 years

Hardware (hinges & slides): 1 year

Floating Shelves: 1 year

Hoods: 3 years

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading, etc.) after installation

Improper assembly, installation, or storage

Misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence

Environmental exposure (excess moisture, heat, sunlight, etc.)

Damage from cleaning chemicals or improper maintenance

Modifications or alterations to the product

Use outside normal residential applications (commercial, rental, multi-family, outdoor, etc.)

Damage occurring during or after installation

Natural variations in wood grain, color, and finish — including changes over time — are not considered defects.

Shipping & Delivery

All shipments must be inspected upon delivery.

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt

Report concealed damage within 48 hours (up to 30 days accepted)

Failure to report shipping damage within these timeframes may result in denial of the claim.

Provide proof of purchase

Submit photos of the issue

Include a brief description

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

Labor, installation, removal, and shipping costs are not covered

We are not responsible for installation or contractor-related issues

Replacement parts may vary slightly in color or finish

Limitation of Liability

RTA Cabinet Store is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including project delays, labor costs, or property damage.
